Eto na. Eto na. Eto na. WAAAAAAAHHHH!

Tapos na ang unang buwan ng taon at papasok na uli tayo sa buwan ng Pebrero. At kapag Pebrero, unless February ang birthday mo (o kung sino man ang nasa isip mong iyan), unang pista na papasok sa isip ng karamihan ay ang matamis at mapait, kulay pula at amoy-tsokolateng Valentine's day. *With matching rose bouquets at the sides.*

So uh...ehem, Valentine's day.

Ang araw ng mga date at ka-sweet-an ng mga mag-kasintahan, nagliligawan, at ng mga "It's complicated" people. Dito rin pwedeng tiyumempo ang iba na ilabas ang tunay na saloobin sa iyong irog (Naks, "irog" pa gusto.) at makasama sila hanggang sa paglubog ng araw, magkaakbay na nakatingin sa langit sa bandang seaside sa MOA, along with 15 other couples. Kung uwian na pagkatapos noon o may iba pa kayong, um, balak diyan ay hindi ko na pakikialaman. Ang sweet nila, no?

Well, nothing much to say today. Just wanna try putting lines of words together. I guess I'll have to work at this stuff. But I'm really liking that last bit, honestly.


BRACE YOURSELF, A VALENTINE'S DAY POST IS COMING. And you're gonna read it (Pretty please?), spending the day alone or not.

Skills: Which are worth developing?

First of all, check this guy out. 

Whether this is your first time seeing these videos or not, there may be two possible reactions: One being the "Holy-crap-how-does-he-do-that?" amazed reaction, or the "Cool-but-how-is-that-helpful-in-everyday-life?" cynical reaction. Personally, I'm with the former but then the viewpoint of the latter intrigues me. I remember seeing a comment in one of those videos (I forgot which) wherein it says something about they're not really worthy skills if doesn't help you earn money. Okay, so maybe playing with physics alone using everyday stuff with a cameraman doesn't really look that good and impressive if you put it on paper. "It's cool to look at, but it's not very helpful, is it?"


Which leads me to ask this: How do you determine a skill's worth?

Oh hai there, guise.


First of all, I'm sorry I couldn't make a New Year's post immediately. I wanted to but I couldn't and can't find the time to. Nagto-topak internet connection namin at napunta ako sa mga gawaing bakasyon. Tapos dumagdag pa ang school works (pupunta tayo jan maya-maya). Sumimasen.


New Year's Eve. A night of fireworks, drinking, singing, reunions, food, and a whole lotta noise, as most Filipinos celebrate it. Well, I'm gonna assume naka-survive kayo sa new year fireworks with limbs intact. That's good. And congrats.

So now, we're here in 2012.
Academics is really pushing it already, despite being only the start of the year. DEADLINES IN ALL THE SUBJECTS!

You know, being pressured like this, there's are things you can learn about yourself.

First, you get to learn how much you can do within a certain amount of time. Dahil may bachelor's degree ako sa cramming, I know this feeling all too well. At dahil sa kaalaman mong ito na pinagiisipan mo kung hanggang saan ka na lang makakaabot. "Eh, hanggang 7 lang masasagot ko ngayon. Ok lang, at least lagpas kalahati."

Also, the concept of teamwork becomes more favorable and more precious this way. Kapag 'di kayang mag-isa, magtawag ng kasama!

Dito rin pumapasok ang pagsisisi. "Tsk, sana pala ginawa ko to nung wala pang ginagawa."
